How to use the Batch Change Tool

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Schedule > Existing Schedule.

  3. Find the events you want to edit: Use the filters/search box to find the list of events you want to edit.

  4. Click the Filter button.

  5. Confirm your results by looking at the events in the Scheduled section.

  6. On the left navigation, click Schedule > Batch Change. The filters that you selected on Existing Schedule will carry over to the Batch Change page.

  7. Making changes: Make whatever changes you need to make.
    ​Edit the fields to reflect the change(s) you want to make for the filtered event(s).

  8. Click Save Changes.
