A College Coach Packet is a shop product that lets a college coach purchase access to a roster export (contact info, grad year, height, position, and more) for a program's recruiting-eligible teams.
Overview
Ensure Recruiting for your brand is enabled — required before any of this is available.
Mark eligible divisions within programs as a Recruiting Opportunity — controls which teams coaches can see.
Create the product — a standard shop product with its Category set to College Coach Packets.
Get the product's direct link — the URL a coach uses to buy it, and also the page that displays it.

1. How to Enable Recruiting for Your Brand
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Site Settings>Site Settings.
Under the Permissions tab, check the Recruiting permission.
Click Save.
NOTE: This unlocks the "Division has a Recruiting Opportunity" setting used in the next step — without it, that setting won't appear.
2. How to Mark a Division within a Program as a Recruiting Opportunity
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the pencil icon next to the program, then open its Divisions tab.
Edit the division you want coaches to have access to.
Check the Division has a Recruiting Opportunity field.
Click Save.
NOTE: Only divisions marked this way are included when a coach's packet purchase grants roster access.
3. How to Create the College Coach Packet Product
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.
In the upper right corner, click Plus Icon.
Associated Program: Select the associated program.
Number of Products: Enter the number of products to be created.
Category: Select Events: College Coach Packets.
Click Continue.
Name: Enter the name of the product.
Price: Enter the cost of each product.
Start Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.
Stop Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.
Time Zone: Select the time zone that should be used for the Start Showing time, Stop Showing time, Valid Use Starts time, and the Valid Use Ends time.
Description: Type a description for your product.
Receipt Email Details: Any text entered here will appear on the purchaser’s email receipt.
Click Create Products.

4. How to Get the Product's Direct Link
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.
Search for or open the College Coach Packet product so the product list is filtered down to just that one product.
In the Actions column, click the link icon (🔗).
This opens the product's own public purchase page in a new tab — that page itself already displays the product and lets a coach buy it directly. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar to share with a college coach.
5. What a College Coach Gets
A college coach with a College Recruiter role, attached to a school, purchases the product by selecting their School and checking out — no other setup is required on their end.
